Results recycle bin

When a class's results are invalidated, the marks are kept in the results recycle bin first, as a batch. Open Exam Center → Marks → Results Recycle Bin.

Restoring results

  1. Find the batch for the exam, class and section.
  2. Choose Restore.
Restoring replaces any marks entered since the results were invalidated. If teachers have already started re-entering marks, those new marks are overwritten.

When to use it

  • Results were invalidated by mistake.
  • A re-mark turned out to be unnecessary, and you want the original marks back.
