Importing marks

If marks were kept in a spreadsheet, import them instead of typing them in. Importing marks needs a paid plan.

Importing

  1. Open Exam Center → Marks → Import Marks.
  2. Choose the exam, class, section and subject.
  3. Download the template. It comes already filled in with the students.
  4. Enter each student's marks and save the file.
  5. Upload it.

When import is refused

Academium will not import marks for results that have been authorised, or for a locked term. Ask your school admin to reverse the authorisation or unlock the term first.

Common issues

Some marks are refused. A mark may be higher than the component's full mark, or a student may not be in that class.

Import is not available. Importing marks needs a paid plan.

With Academium Surepass

For CBT tests and exams, there is no spreadsheet to import: Academium Surepass sends the scores straight into SMS. See Sending results to Academium SMS.
