Fine Setup

If your school charges fines for late payment, set them up here.

Before you start

Turn on Enable Fee Fine in School settings. Fine Setup only appears in the menu when fines are turned on.

Setting up a fine

Open Student Accounting → Fine Setup. A fine can be:

• a fixed amount or a percentage of the fee;
• charged once, or repeated daily, weekly, monthly or yearly while the fee is unpaid.

Reports

The fine report under Reports → Student Accounting lists fines charged. See Fee reports.
