Following up unpaid fees

  1. Open the Due fees report for the term.
  2. Choose No payment yet to find families who have not started paying.
  3. Group by family to see each family's total across all their children.
  4. Export the list, or open a family's invoice to take a payment.

Balances from earlier terms are included, so nothing is forgotten at the end of a term.

Report filters and the year picker

Fee reports follow the session chosen in the year picker in the top bar, so you can look back at an earlier year.
