Signing in
- Open Surepass. At school or at a centre, open the Client Edition; at home, the Individual Edition.
- Enter your username, email or phone number.
- Enter your password.
- Tick Remember me on your own computer only.
- Click Log in.
Where your sign-in details come from

New students and staff added by a school or centre usually start with a default password. Change it after your first sign-in.
Common problems
"These credentials do not match our records." Check your username and password. Students: ask your school to reset your password.
"Temporary Password Required". Your exam needs a one-time password from your teacher. See Signing in for a test in the lab.
