Forgotten password

Students and staff at a school or centre

Ask your School Owner, Centre Owner or teacher to set a new password for you. They can do it from your record under Students or School Staff.

Your own account

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?
2. Enter your email address.
3. Click Email Password Reset Link.
4. Open the email and follow the link to choose a new password.

School and centre owners

Your password is your Academium account password. Reset it from Forgot your password? on the server's Portal tab. To change only your password on the school server, use Reset Admin Password on the Portal tab.

Common problems

I did not get the email. Check your spam folder. If your email address is not on the account, ask whoever set it up.
