Bank Payment Template
To pay by bank transfer, open Payroll → Bank Payment Template and download the payment file for your bank. It is ready to upload to your bank's online banking. Templates are available for:
GTBank, Zenith, Wema, Sterling, UBA, Union Bank, First Bank, Ecobank, Polaris and Access.
Staff without bank details are left out of the file, and Academium tells you who they are, so you can pay them another way or add their details.
Academium prepares the file. The payment itself is made through your bank.
After paying, record the payment in Academium. See Payment Processing.
