# Bank Payment Template

To pay by bank transfer, open **Payroll → Bank Payment Template** and download the payment file for your bank. It is ready to upload to your bank's online banking. Templates are available for:

GTBank, Zenith, Wema, Sterling, UBA, Union Bank, First Bank, Ecobank, Polaris and Access.

Staff **without bank details** are left out of the file, and Academium tells you who they are, so you can pay them another way or add their details.

> **Note:** Academium prepares the file. The payment itself is made through your bank.
