Which edition should I use?
Choose the edition from the Academium downloads page, or from your school server's own download page.

Which computers are supported
- Server Edition: Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), or Ubuntu Linux (an LTS version). See Choosing your server computer.
- Client Edition and Individual Edition: Windows computers.
You do not need to download Client and Individual separately
Once your school server is running, it offers the Client Edition and Individual Edition installers from its own download page. Computers on your school network can install them from there, with no internet needed. See Connecting computers to the server.

I am a school student. Which edition do I install at home? The Individual Edition. Sign in with your school's code and your 4-digit login code. See Signing in with a school or centre code.
I am a parent. Which edition do I install? The Individual Edition. Create a parent account, then add your children. See My Children.
We are a school. Can we run exams without a server? No. School tests and exams run on your school server, so students can sit them without the internet.
