School Accounting → Inflow records money coming into the school's accounts that is not already recorded for you.

Recorded for you

You do not need to record these here. Academium posts them to your accounts automatically:

• school fee payments, including transport and hostel;
• fees paid from family wallets;
• inventory sales.

Recording money in

Record the date, the account it went into, the transaction category, the amount and a reference. Categories are set up under Transaction Categories.

Bank charges

If your bank deducts a charge, choose the charge preset. It comes off the amount, and Academium shows the net amount as you type. Set up presets as a fixed amount or a percentage, with an optional minimum and maximum. The charges report shows charges by type and date.
