Tagging, moving and archiving questions
Tick questions in All Questions to act on them together.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Tag | Add Tags, Remove Tags or Replace All tags on the selected questions |
| Reassign | Move the questions to another class |
| Archive | Hide them from new tests and exams, without deleting them |
| Delete | Move them to the Recycle Bin |
Archived questions
Click Archive in the toolbar to see archived questions. Select them and click Restore to bring them back.
Your school can archive questions automatically once a test or exam that used them is completed, so they are not reused. See School Profile and settings.
Common problems
"Cannot Delete Question". The question is used in a test or exam. The message lists where; remove it from those first.
