# Tagging, moving and archiving questions

Tick questions in **All Questions** to act on them together.

| Action | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| **Tag** | **Add Tags**, **Remove Tags** or **Replace All** tags on the selected questions |
| **Reassign** | Move the questions to another class |
| **Archive** | Hide them from new tests and exams, without deleting them |
| **Delete** | Move them to the **Recycle Bin** |

## Archived questions

Click **Archive** in the toolbar to see archived questions. Select them and click **Restore** to bring them back.

Your school can archive questions automatically once a test or exam that used them is completed, so they are not reused. See [School Profile and settings](https://helpcenter.academium.com.ng/academium-surepass/article/sp-school-profile.md).

## Common problems

**"Cannot Delete Question".** The question is used in a test or exam. The message lists where; remove it from those first.
