Creating an account

1. Open the Individual Edition and click Create account.
2. Under I am a, choose Student, Parent or Teacher.
3. Enter your first name and last name, and choose a username. Surepass suggests some.
4. Enter your email address. Surepass sends a 6-digit code to check it.
5. Parents also enter a phone number.
6. If someone gave you a referral code, enter it.
7. Choose a password of at least 8 characters and enter it again.
8. Click Create account.
9. Enter the 6-digit code from your email and click Verify.

Your learning profile

The first time you sign in, Surepass asks a few questions so it can suggest the right practice:

• Students: your class level, your section, and the exams you are preparing for (for example WAEC or JAMB).
• Parents: the class levels, sections and exams your children are preparing for.
• Teachers: the same, for your students.

You can change these later under Preferences.

Common problems

I did not get the code. Check your spam folder. Click Resend code when the timer allows.

"This email address can't be used." Use a different, real email address.
