Your profile and details

Open your profile from the menu under your name in the top bar.

Your details

Your details holds your contact details and personal information that you can keep up to date yourself. Change what you need and choose Save changes.

Some details, such as your role, department and salary, are managed by your school's administrators on your staff record. If something there is wrong, ask them to correct it.

Security

Profile → Security holds your PIN, security questions, two-factor and backup codes, lock screen wallpaper, trusted devices, password and username. See Keeping your account secure.

Preferences

Your theme, notifications, lock timing and more. See Personal preferences.

Common issues

"Could not save your profile." Check the highlighted fields and your connection, then try again.
