# School Profile and settings

Open **School Settings → School Profile**.

## School details

Shows your school's name, email, phone, address, city, state and **School ID**. Click **Edit** to change them.

**Student Login Code** appears if your school has home access. See [Letting students practise from home](https://helpcenter.academium.com.ng/academium-surepass/article/sp-home-access.md).

## School settings

| Setting | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| **Auto-Archive Used Questions** | Archives questions once a test or exam that used them is completed, so they are not reused |
| **Scope Teacher to Class** | Teachers can only set up tests, schedule and import questions for their own classes. Certification exam questions (WAEC, NECO, JAMB) are not affected. |
| **Content Visibility** | **Global** (default): all staff see everyone's tests and exams. **Segregated**: each instructor sees only their own. |
| **Limit to One Test per Subject per Term** | One test per subject and assessment type each term (for example one English Language 1st CA), and one exam per subject each term. Turning this on sets Content Visibility to Global. |

Click **Save Settings**.
