# Recycle Bin

Deleted questions and comprehension passages go to **Question Bank → Recycle Bin** first.

- **Restore** brings an item back.
- **Delete Permanently** removes it for good.
- **Empty Bin** permanently deletes everything in the bin.

Items are deleted permanently by themselves **30 days** after they were deleted. The **Auto-Delete In** column shows how long is left.

Use the **Questions** and **Comprehensions** tabs, and the filters, to find an item.

## Common problems

**"Cannot Permanently Delete Question".** The question is still used in a test or exam. Remove it from those first.
