# My Activities

**My Activities** shows how you have been spending your time in Surepass. It appears when activity tracking is on for your account.

- **Daily Focused Time**: time you were actually working each day.
- **Time by Feature** and **Time by Page**: where your time went, split into **Focused** and **Idle**.
- **Recent Activity**: what you did and when.

Choose the period at the top. **Export** downloads your activity.

**Show my time** puts a clock at the top of every page that counts the time you have spent today. It only counts while you are on screen.
