# Login Requests

When a student is stopped from signing in because a seat belongs to someone else, they can send an access request from the sign-in page. Open **Computer Lab → Login Requests**.

Each request shows the student, their reason, when they asked, and its status: **Pending**, **Granted** or **Declined**.

- **Grant**: add an optional note and **Confirm Grant**. Access ends by itself when the student's test or exam schedule ends that day.
- **Decline**: give a reason if you like.
- **Revoke**: end access you granted.
