# Families

**Families** group brothers and sisters under one household, for billing and reporting. Open **Groups → Families**.

1. Click **Add Family**.
2. Enter the **Family Name**, and the **Contact Person**, **Phone**, **Email** and **Address**.
3. Add **Notes** such as billing arrangements.

The list shows each family's contact and number of students. Put students in a family when you add or edit them, or tick several on the Students page and **Assign to family**.

When importing students, students with the same family name are grouped automatically.
