# Reports overview

Academium's reports are under **Reports**, grouped by area. You only see the reports your role has permission for, and reports for modules your school does not use are hidden.

## The report groups

| Group | Reports |
| --- | --- |
| **Students** | Admission report, class & section report, sibling report |
| **Exam** | Broadsheet, progress reports, junior progress reports |
| **Student accounting** | Allocation, payment, due fees, fee adjustments, fee discrepancies, fees report, fine report |
| **School accounting** | Account statement, income, expense, income vs expense, balance sheet, account log |
| **Attendance** | Student, student daily, student overview, employee and exam attendance |
| **Sales/Inventory** | Stock, purchase, sales and issues |
| **Human resource** | Payroll summary, leave reports |

## Filters

Every report has the filters that matter for it, such as term, class, member of staff, account or date range, so the answer stays focused. Reports follow the session chosen in the **year picker** in the top bar.

## Exporting and printing

- Fee reports, the broadsheet and student attendance reports can be exported to **Excel** or **CSV**.
- Many reports can be printed. In the print preview, choose your computer's "Save as PDF" printer to save a PDF.

## Report cards

Report cards are printed from **Printables**, not Reports. See [Printing report cards](https://helpcenter.academium.com.ng/academium-sms/article/sms-printing-report-cards.md).
