## Rating learners

Open **Exam Center → Jr Assessment → Rating Entry**.

1. Choose the class, section and exam.
2. Pick a learner. Their sheet lists every skill in the categories allocated to the class.
3. Choose a rating for each skill, and add remarks.
4. Save, and move to the next learner.

Each learner shows a **progress badge**, and the class shows a **completion summary**, so you can see who still needs rating.

## The broadsheet

**Jr Assessment → Broad Sheet** shows the whole class together, ranked by the total of their rating values. It shows how many learners have been fully rated, and holds the **teacher's remarks** and the **head teacher's or principal's remarks**.

## Junior report cards

Print junior report cards from **Reports → Exam → Junior progress reports**, or from **Printables**:

1. Choose the session, exam, class and section.
2. Tick the learners.
3. Generate the PDF.

Report cards can show **skills only**, or **skills and subject marks together**, with attendance. The layout is chosen in [Setting up printables](https://helpcenter.academium.com.ng/academium-sms/article/sms-setting-up-printables.md).

## Common issues

**A category is missing from the rating sheet.** It is not allocated to this class. Allocate it, or turn on **Assessed on skills** for the class.
