# Accounting reports

## Reports

Under **Reports → School Accounting**:

| Report | Shows |
| --- | --- |
| **Account statement** | Every movement in one account, with the running balance |
| **Income report** | Income by category |
| **Expense report** | Expenses by category |
| **Income vs expense** | How income compares with spending for a period |
| **Balance sheet** | The school's financial position |
| **Account log** | A log of activity on your accounts |

Each report has filters such as account and date range.

## Good to know

Family wallet top-ups are not counted as income until they pay fees, so income reports show what the school has earned, not what families have deposited.
