# Academium Licence

On a school server, **School Settings → Academium Licence** shows the licence for this installation: its **start** and **end** dates and the installation's **Install ID**.

If Academium asks for a licence:

1. Give the **Install ID** to Academium. It is what Academium needs to issue a licence for this installation.
2. Upload the licence file Academium sends you.

## Common issues

**"This licence has ended."** Upload a new one from Academium.

**"The licence held here is not valid for this installation."** Upload the licence issued for this Install ID.
